London Gastronomy

Gnocchi at home
We had great fun making and eating these little gems, following my  family tradition
my Sicilian grand mother passed to my mother and now me.

Gnocchi at home, making the shape with a fork or the traditional way with  just your thumb.
Ready to eat, traditional -olive oil and pecorino, fresh pasta is fantastic.

Pasta at home, this time I made Spaghetti, I roll the dough with a wooden
rolling pin and cut the Spaghetti with a large sharp knife keeping the family tradition
I love putting the extra effort and seeing the delight when my friend eat and enjoy these.

Hanging to dry

Roasted pork belly, I am still mastering the final stages of this  dish
But looking at this, it was very tasty.

At the Cow, a great pub in London that specializes in oysters and other sea food
from the UK and France

My attempt at bread baking
Home made lardon & cheese bread, I still have to fine tune this recipe, getting there.

Tapas at Brindisa, one of my favourite Tapas restaurants, make sure you get there early

At home, I cooked these Scottish Scallops on a Saturday, for  stater.
So fresh and delicious

Double yolk madness, this was at home

Fresh truffle at home, brought these from France and had with some pasta.

Mont d'or at home, love eating this every winter
Garlic and white wine place in oven, wait until melted.
Make sure you have some good bread  and wine to go with.
